This course will give you a great head start on becoming a safe and competent climber. Designed for those new to the sport, or climbers wanting to brush up on the fundamentals, participants gain exposure to the techniques and equipment needed to rock climb with the highest degree of safety. Clients are introduced to ratings, equipment, climbing knots, belaying, rappelling, rope handling, anchors, and movement on rock.
