Booking Information
All participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement before the trip begins. A parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement for participants under age 18. You can download the form by clicking here, or receive it at our store when you arrive. In addition, kids 15 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult when they arrive.
Clients will be asked to inform their Guide of any medical condition, allergy, etc. that may interfere with their ability to safely participate in the outing. You can download this form by clicking here. If you have a condition that may be of concern, please consult with your doctor prior to arrival.
A $100 deposit is required to secure each requested trip, with the remainder paid on the day you arrive. PayPal will send you a receipt via e-mail when your deposit payment is processed. Additionally, we will send an e-mail to let you know your date has been reserved.
Note: on the PayPal deposit page, a quantity of 1 equals $100. If you are reserving multiple days, quantity should equal the number of days requested.
Refund Policy
We will refund your entire deposit in full outside of 3 days of your secured trip date if you change your mind for any reason.
In the event of cancellation within 3 days of trip date, the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of cancellation due to rain or snow before the trip has started, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule to the next available date. If the trip has already started, you may get money back if we return early due to rain or snow. The amount refunded is directly proportionate to how long we were out at the rocks, with a minimum charge of $125.
