Multi-pitch Climbing
Onward and upward! The further you are off the ground, the more you need to know. In this course we teach the skills needed to have a safe and enjoyable experience on big routes. Our Guides stress common problems to avoid, and offer useful tips to increase safety and efficiency in multi-pitch specific systems. Clients practice equalizing bolted and traditional anchors, direct-anchor belays, rope management, protecting the follower, belay transitions, and multiple rappels / retreat.
